The Smut Coven Returns and Refunds Policy

General Doctrines

At The Smut Coven, we understand that sometimes a treasure from the abyss does not resonate as expected. While we strive for absolute satisfaction within our circle, we maintain strict guidelines to protect the sanctuary's offerings. All return requests are handled with professional discretion and respect for the dark tales we curate.

Item Condition

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must remain in the exact state they were received—untouched by external forces and showing no further signs of wear than what was documented at the time of purchase. Original packaging and sigils must be intact.

Used Books: Final Devotion

Crucial Note: All sales of used books are final. These items have a history of their own and are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any pre-loved literature once it has left our vault. Please ensure your obsession is true before committing.

Invoking a Request

To begin the process, contact our archivists via the official communication channels. Please include your order identity and detailed shadows—including photographs—of the item in question. We will review your invocation and guide you on the next steps of the ritual.

Store Credit & Refunds

Where applicable, we favor the issuance of store credit—allowing your devotion to find a new path within our shop. Direct refunds to original payment methods are reserved for exceptional circumstances or significant errors in our curation. Processing of either may take several lunar cycles.

Note: The rules of The Smut Coven are not static and may shift with the winds of change. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior omen.

The Turning Tide

Requests must be initiated quickly following the arrival of your package. We do not provide specific windows of many weeks; rather, we expect our members to reach out as soon as a discrepancy is noted. Delaying your request may result in the sealing of your transaction.
