By accessing The Smut Coven, you enter a sacred agreement. Your use of our site, membership areas, and shop constitutes a binding acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these shadows, you must depart our circle immediately.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership grants access to private vaults and exclusive community features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as chosen during your initiation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials within our ritual.
4. Shop Purchases & Pricing
All prices for our gothic treasures and dark romance artifacts are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all rituals performed in our shop.
5. Community Conduct & Content
Our coven thrives on safety and mutual respect for boundaries. Harassment, non-consensual explicit content sharing, and hate speech are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to silence or ban those who disrupt the peace of our sanctuary or violate the safety of our sisters.
6. Intellectual Property
The names, logos, and exclusive literary content within these halls are the property of The Smut Coven. No part of our sanctuary may be replicated, stolen, or used for commercial gain without explicit written ritual consent from the High Council.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Smut Coven is provided "as is" for entertainment and community purposes. We do not guarantee that your journey into the shadows will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of this sanctuary.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
You may sever your ties with the coven and cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Generally, all payments made to the coven are non-refundable once the ritual has commenced, except as required by local law.

The shadows evolve. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued presence in the coven after such changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new path.
